Pet Policy:
We welcome your dog to Heavenly Inn and expect he will have a wonderful stay. There is an area just north of the hotels where it will be convenient to walk your dog. There are some rules which apply to pets, as follows. They are for your protection as well as ours.
- Only domesticated, common household dogs will be allowed. Dogs of vicious or
aggressive disposition deemed by management to be potentially harmful to the
Health and safety of others are prohibited. No pet will be permitted that exceeds
25 pounds in weight. Dogs must be crate trained and housebroken. Pets must be
inside crate if left alone in your room. Pet fee is $25 per night, per pet up to 2 pets.
- The guest shall keep the unit and surrounding areas free of pet odors, insect
infestation, pet waste and litter and maintain the unit in sanitary condition at all
times.
- The guest shall be responsible to clean up after their pet anywhere on Heavenly Inn or Secrets Inn property including carrying a “pooper scooper” and disposable plastic bag any
time the pet is outside the unit. Pet waste shall be bagged and disposed of
in appropriate trash receptacles. Pet waste or pet litter shall not be deposited in
the toilet.
- The guest shall keep his/her pet inside the unit at all times except for
transportation on and off Heavenly Inn property and daily walks for dogs. When outside
the unit, dogs must be controlled on a leash. No animal shall be tied or chained
outside the unit or anywhere else on Heavenly Inn Property
- Dogs shall wear a collar with a tag identifying the pet and its owner, with
name, address and telephone number.
- The guest shall pay promptly, upon receipt of a bill, for the cost of all materials
and/or labor for repair of any damage caused by their pet.
- The guest shall be responsible for any pet-related insect infestation and shall pay
promptly, upon receipt of the bill, for all materials and/or labor used for necessary
extermination.
- The guest shall be responsible for insuring that the rights of other guests to
peace and quiet enjoyment, health, and/or safety are not infringed upon or
diminished by his/her pet’s noise, odors, wastes, or other nuisance.
- The guest must leave a contact number with the office so they may be reached at anytime if there should be an issue with their pet causing a disturbance in the room; the guest may be asked to leave if the pet becomes a disturbance issue with no refund of monies paid. This means no excessive barking is allowed.
